Capacity Building and Development Team
The Capacity Building and Development Team give general advice and support to groups, both large and small, on a one to one and group basis on technical, developmental, management and structural matters. Support ranges from drafting constitutions, fundraising and delivering training to management committees, constructing policies and engaging small groups in capacity building for their organisational development. Areas of support include:
